after dusk, before dawn

The world is a mysterious place full of life and death ,love and hate ,when I was a little girl ,I didn’t believe in fairy tales or mythical creatures like most little kids; I believed in the truth. I had to see it to believe it .So when I was fore years old and, my grandpa told me the stories of Cherokee legends, and how Native Americans ,from long ago passed down stories of young, strong men that were about sixteen to eighteen years of age, and how they would turn into giant wolves , also known as Amarok’s to the natives. The myths died out but somehow stayed in my bloodlines my grandpa said before he passed away from cancer ,when I was about five . The Cherokee legend he told the me the most is the ying and yang wolves that live in us. The black wolf resembles evil and anger. The white wolf resembled peace and serenity. The wolves would battle, the wolf that wins is the one you feed. All I know is it’s a good storey . My name is Nichole Summer Cairns but my friends call me Nickie or rarely call me Nikita. My parents divorced when I was very young I live with my big brother Michael and my dad Grant I call him daddy or dad , I live in Fresno, California , I’m thirteen I have three dog’s Shilo he’s a miniature schnauzer , and Sam a German Shepard, and Spike my pit bull I love all three with my hart there all still a puppies but we have a long journey ahead of us and not knowing if I’m safe from the weird things going on ; Like the stranger’s that follow me the question is what do they want from me ,what's going to happen to me when or if they catch me?
