The third year, Yazawa Nico, also know as the Student Council President, finds herself in a bind when she comes across a certain first year student named Nishikino Maki. The two constantly bicker and fight any chance they get, finding any way to strangle the living life out of one another, usually Nico's friend and also the Student Council Vice President, Toujou Nozomi, is the only one who can get them to settle down and be reasonable.

But how is it possible to hate someone so much for no particular reason whatsoever and end up falling in love with them at the same time?
