Her breathing picked up and she swallowed, but she grit her teeth and allowed him to hold her shaking hands in his steady ones, eyes determinedly trained on his face as she tried to ignored the needles that suddenly raced up her arms and down her spine. The Doctor gave her hands a light squeeze, promising, "I will come back for you." He grinned encouragingly, dropping her hands and tapping her nose. Racing back to his blue box and jumping up to sit on the ledge, he gave the girls one last wide smile and dropped down into the Tardis. "Geronimo!" •|• Work of fiction, blah blah blah. Instead of the stories she very much liked to read, she was now living a wonderful, mysterious, exciting adventure of her own. It appeared to be everything she had ever wanted...if not completely safe. This is a Doctor Who fanfic, mainly centered around the Ninth Doctor.
