Devin; a simple pup that denies being a pup, has run away from the western packs. He's brought his slave with him and is only angered when a hitch in his plans pops up. Or more like forces him to stay.

Josh; given temporary power over the east till his Pack Leader returns. He hates the west, and anyone associated with it happens to stumble upon a small pup. A feisty pup at that.
