Hi. My name is Elizabeth Sandwich, nicknamed Jam. In case you're wondering, I don't exactly want to be keeping a diary. Blame it on the best friend.

Jam never wanted to keep a diary, or be anybody special, or to have anything particularly unusual happen to her. That went fine, for sixteen years. Up until the time when Olivia Newbury arrived at school and offered to take Jam with her to a holiday camp.
Jam wasn't expecting anything exciting. But that was before she met William Grey.
