The stories are once again told in a way that the reader would be watching whatever was happening on the TV. The series reintroduces Shane and Kasuti whilst introducing Lewis and Zach to the series as well as new monsters, a new city and new cases to solve. In the immortal words of Captain Jack Harkness "The 21st century is when everything changes and you gotta be ready."
