(am talking about my self the author,and my goal is to help people who go through depression like me)I Am A 16 year old girl who suffer from depression and mood swings known as (Bipolar), people rarely understand what i go through and i find it hard to explain my self, this book is based about feelings and things that i go through and maybe other people feel the same way too, this book is designed to help people who cant express their feelings, to be able to express it throughout the poems or speeches i will be writing.

We could be sat in a fucking pile of trash and I wouldn't care. Because I would be with her. "She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. I don't care if people can see the blood I just want to get out. I race for the doors and shove through people. I earn a lot of glares and glances that read "weirdo." I ignore and push. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me. I grab my razor and cut deep cuts into my arm and wrists falling into a pool of my own blood. • • • Evangeline has a great life. Friends? Check! Good grades? Check! Loving family? Check! Here she is. I can see the slope of her spine through that thin shirt. She's made of angles I ache to smooth with a hand, but I'd use my lips if she asked. I brush her knuckles with mine.
