Still Dancing With Your Demons

The year 2000. Matt Sanders—a notorious criminal around Huntington Beach—has his drug ring built stronger than ever. Being able to control his gang with a click of his fingers, their crimes are able to cause more devastation than ever before.
Twenty year old Charlotte, having recently joined the police force and just about managing to settle into her first ever job, is met with a daunting surprise when she’s hit with the news that she and one other person are being given the job to go undercover and get firm enough evidence to get the five members of the drug ring sent down. Unfortunately for her, the one other person on the job is her old best friend, Midge.
It’s been three years since Midge and Charlotte have had contact, and due to the devastating events that destroyed their friendship, their lives went in completely different directions to each other. Charlotte turned her life around and studied in preparation for her awaiting career. Midge, on the other hand, got mixed up with the wrong people—her life revolved around sex, drugs and alcohol, and trying to smuggle drugs over the Mexican border was what got her locked her up in jail at just nineteen years old.
But the police force knows Midge, and they know she’s just as vital for the job as Charlotte is. After being offered the opportunity to reduce her sentence if she helps get the drug ring sent down, can the two girls settle their differences enough to do a good job? And what will happen when the girls start to develop feelings for two certain members of the drug ring?
