Dr Alphas finally creates "Inspiration". It has the power to substitute for a soul, but with out the side effects "Determination" had. After a long 2 years of being above the surface in a testing lab, Flowey can return back to his old life as Asriel...... However, it seems his body has matured and everyone is acting like he has too.... But Asriel just wants to be the same little boy he was before, he's not ready to accept everything thats changed around him.
UNDERTALE AND ALL ITS CHARECTERS BELONG TO TOBY FOX AND THE SUPER AWESOME TEAM WHO CREATED UNDERTALE.
(psst, if you don't like spoilers about the pacifist ending, i'd advise you don't read.)
((oh and also, this is just my interpretation of what COULD of happened at the end. If you don't think it's right, I'd love to hear what your ending would be :3 - seriously, I love reading just as much as I do writing, please comment!)

Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves. The Bone Warrior (Sans x Female Warrior Skeleton)
Your name is (y/n) and you have lived on the surface as a royal guard for the science department in the monster areas. Your species is skeleton, there's still a good amount left of the skeleton race but then the monster side of town broke into chaos and war. You were manning your post when you see humans running after innocent monster childeren and their families. You instantly run towards the humans and start attacking them but you quickly get overwhelmed by all of them and the gunshots that you've just barely managed to dodge. You start running to buildings to get out innocent lives from the fires that are now spreading through the town. Your actions lead to hundreds if not thousands of lives saved that night. You were one of the last ones out with the other guards just in front of you. With your magic you manage to hold off humans attacks from the monsters that are heading to the underground that is supposed to be a safe haven if this was to occur. That's when you get hit by a rock in the back of the skull. This book is about a long lost skeleton warrior in the game known as undertale. (Not cannon of course) I'll be using (y/n) as her name so you can choose it to be your own name or a chosen name. All rights are reserved as far as the images I've used and of course undertale the game itself. If I do mess up on something, do not hesitate to tell me. I am all about constructive criticism. Lastly, there is a no hate policy. If you are one of those assholes who thinks it's a great idea to say you people are sick for reading this then why are you even searching things like this in the first place? Lastly, there may be some adult writings in this book, if you are innocent, stay innocent but if your not or your willing to give up your innocence then come on in and join the party. What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this, and they will not be shipped with anyone. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. "The Time Before" by ANinnyMouse42 is the backstory for Sans in this AU with some adjustments (mainly since that was very close to my original idea before I read it and I don't want people to think I copied their masterpiece or smth, if you haven't read it please do so, it's really good). Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
