The fertile rate of women in the U.S has dropped by millions. Years have gone by, the number of women able to become pregnant is decreasing. We are all afraid that this, overtime, will wipe out the worlds population. the women that are still fertile are pushed to run for their life; all praying to not be found by the government... they have seen what happens to the others. so they must try their hardest to stay safe, and out of the governments view.
