A Cinderella story that takes place in an alternate universe, where a girl named Cindy suffers from a mysterious mental disease, bordering the delusional and occasionaly having strange hallucinations where she imagines herself as Cinderella, a beautiful princess, but not the harmless kind.

Although Cindy was a beautiful little girl, she had a diseased mind. Her parents were frightened by her, and eventually abandoned her in an orphanage, where she further dreamt of being a princess, like any other normal girl her age.

Years passed, and  a lovely single mother and her two daughters adopt the captivating girl, not aware of her sinister illness.
