The United States was separated into two sides, the East and the West, and the East has more freedom than the West.
In the West, when an adolescent turns 16 everything changes. Their memory gets wiped except for a few things and the whole rest of their future is decided for them. Things have been this way for everybody for as long as anybody can remember.
Except now. Two adolescents, Zayn and Mia are the flaw in the system. When things don't work for them, they decide to run away.
