Nikki Keys is a regular nerd. You know, the ones who are crazy about their grades, have straight A's, and love reading books? She tries to steer away from the people with bad influence, and the ones that bully her, and wears a dark blue hoodie to hide her face. Nobody has ever seen all of the bruises on her. Nobody has ever seen the tears streaming down her face. Nobody has ever known her dark past.
Chase Sims is not a nerd, but he's basically a teacher's pet. Any teacher would love to have him in his class. He's somewhat good looking, and girls would fawn over him. but they think he's too "innocent." But that good personality all changed when he met him.
Jackson Cole. People call him "Cold Jackson" because of his cold personality. People would part like the Red Sea when he walked in the school hallway. Even teachers are afraid of him. He had once wrecked a teacher's car, and they never came to school again. Nobody knows how Jackson got their address. Stalking, maybe?
Imagine the school's surprise when "Cold Jackson" starts to hang out with the teacher's pet, Chase. It's not like Chase has a choice; he has to. Will the darkness take over Chase, and make him like Jackson? Or will he stay light and innocent?
