Hi,
Today is the day I am starting a new chapter in my life, a fitness chapter!
I keep on saying I am, but I never complete it, which I hate!
I am 20 years old, I 5'5" and I weigh 208.
I been noticing how much I don't have energy, and I been eating a lot of junk food and gaining! This is my journey to my weight loss and I hope I inspire a person like me to become more motivated!

The problem is that I didn't expect my next checkup to be attached to an alarm of my health. I just wanted to agitate my parents, not die because of my ignorance. Upon leaving the doctors office, I decided to do something to improve my health. Cardio was the first step along with eating right and on time. What I hadn't prepared for was a beautiful woman that would haunt me everywhere I went-Not physically but mentally. Either way I needed to get to know her so I can get her out of my mind. It's not like I have a chance, but why not try-already expecting disappointment. I really need a good woman in my life, but if not, I can deal with the friendzone.
