Some things you may believe that after the Particle Accelerator exploded that the impossible is the possible? Well your correct. hero's and villains were both formed from this disaster. So you can say that I'm not an exception. Well technically I am.
My name is Miles Allen and you can say what I witnessed as a kid changed my life forever.
When my brother and I both get struck by lightning that day the particle accelerator blew up, we both gained Super speed. And that's not all I got, What if you could say I had more than one power? And what if someone discovers and wants the powers I possess and Berrys. well just wait and find out in Millisecond.

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero.
