Adam is slightly broken... actually slightly beyond broken. The loss of his father caused several problems with his sister and a few with his mother. He is about to give up when a girl comes to him. This girl has a special gift of ice and offers Adam something he may never get again: a second chance. But it comes with consequences that causes even Adam to hesitate.
