this is a message to the victims of bullies they are just meaningless stupid words that they say to make you feel bad.
this book also has some advice on how to deal with bullies.
i hope this encourages you to be confident.

chances are if your being bullied so are they so just remember they're human too.
also don't change because of what they said that's just giving them what they want.

She had tears in her eyes and was looking at me with disgust. Our eyes locked and it was like the world disappeared. It was her and me. I was to protect her with every fiber in my being and in that moment I want to cherish and comfort her and hurt whoever did this to her. Then it dawned on me. I did this. I hurt my mate.
