Some would say humanity is to blame for its predictament. Weak, foolish, nothing when compared to those who have wondered the earth for hundreds upon hundreds of years. But when a single decision can tip the scales, the balance between human and immortal, between might and weakness, when immortality comes at a cost for those around you, and humanity carries the risk of being dragged to eternal torment, would the species you belong to even matter?

As the wraith forces hell upon all those who oppose him, all figures of this world's magic seem to twist fate into a union - forever creating a bind between the ones who seek to free humanity from him and the one who seeks to betray it.
