Harmony in the psyche becomes the engine for future changes in the eating behavior of people with eating disorders and obesity. At the end of the book, we learned that people with unhealthy weights have a distorted body image that controls them. How can we develop an authentic body image that matches the uniqueness of our body? How to discover the beauty of your body? How can an aesthetic perception of your body lead to a healthy weight? The answers are in my third book, "What's Wrong with Diet? What's the Role of Aesthetics?"
