Percy was just an average student/delinquent. What happens when he realizes he isn't that average? More like: the most important half-blood to ever live. Once he is determined the son of Poseidon, things only get harder. He must start training at camp and while he's at the camp he makes some friends.
Annabeth, the leader of the Aphrodite Cabin. She's undetermined; AKA she hasn't been claimed by a God. But Chiron knows she's a half-blood. They placed her in the Aphrodite cabin because she seems to be immune to their charms.
Grover, a satyr. He is Percy's guardian and best friend. He's half human and half goat.
Lacey, Aphrodite's favorite daughter. She has a crush on Percy... Who knows if Percy is just hypnotized by her beauty. But Annabeth seems to overpower it.
When Poseidon's trident gets stolen. There's only one person who can find it but there will be more challenges ahead. If he can even complete that mission...

He has never left the domain of his family without supervision, but what if it's the only way to stop a premature war? The Olympians aren't as pig-headed as they used to be. They have come to realize that a war cannot be avoided, but they all know that it isn't time, after all, their champion isn't ready for the ultimate battle yet. But the only way to stop that is to send him into the heart of the conflict.
