Bill was in the middle of an experiment and Crystal offers to help, which brings her the ability of a Ditto: the ability to change into any Pokémon. That is, with practice. This series will follow my character through his various journeys throughout the pokemon games, with a few samples from the show just for character reasons. This isn't an ash fanfic, He's not even in this series. My rivals name is just the first thing I thought of, so don't rage please.
