Rookie investigator Henry Min reckons that tracking down the renegade Bangtan Boys and avoiding the effects of the Government's new drug Delicium should be simple -- but it's a lot easier said than done. In the bustling streets of New Seoul, one has to keep their friends close and enemies even closer, especially when he discovers that the Government isn't all that he thought it to be.

Worse yet, Delicium is being released into the waterways and foods, but that's the least of his problems when there's the Bangtan Boys demanding him to be their inside man to spy on the Government. Living his life as a double agent could prove disastrous as he works his ways up the ranks and into the public eye.
