It was the greatest of all the world's wars. It's effects all but tore humanity apart and everything began to slip into anarchy. As a last resort, the world turned to the greeneyes organisation; a group of scientists who had developed a radical new drug that would allow for more than 10% of brain power to be accessed, giving the user power but also making them undyingly loyal to the organisation. They would be powerful beings but only as powerful as their masters would allow them to be.
When the war was won with the help of the greeneyes soldiers the new government reached a pact with them. They would run the world together. The government would remain in tact but only as the public's figurehead while greeneyes operated underground, carrying out assassinations and necessary proceedings to keep society in check with their specially selected 'agents.' All was well until a loophole was discovered in greeneyes' plan. The effects of the drug grew weaker with every generation of agents. the power was passed on but the loyalty wasn't. The power was free to be exploited by anyone. So therefore breeding between agents was prohibited and the results of it were terminated. Except for one. One child slipped through the cracks, one child was missed and greeneyes will stop at nothing to regain them wherever, whoever they are.
