Romania Sionis is the daughter of crime lord Roman Sionis. When Amanda Waller recruits or takes in the younger better villains of today, not only is there drama, there's love, ups and downs, but in the end they manage to work as a team and complete Amanda's mission. As a compromise, Amanda has electronic necklaces that the teens wear and fight in. Romania may be the youngest at 17, but she is considered one  the best on the team. The city of Gotham isn't ready for the Suicide reboot.
