Sa La Mari Academy for the Well Gifted, may isang klase kung saan inilalagay lahat ng magagaling sa isang batch. In the class of 4K, lahat sila ay may kakaiba sa kanila. One is an amazing athlete, another is the top actor, while the others are the top in one aspect. What if all of them were trapped into one dormitory, with limited food, and the task to eliminate those closest to them? Faced with these circumstances, will their secrets unfold? As they venture into the depths of the dormitory, they realize that La Mari Academy was not meant for the Well Gifted. La Mari is a school for students and teenagers convicted of heinous crimes no law can punish them for. Although the students do not realize this, they have been brainwashed into believing a pre-programmed life for them. The school grounds was meant to harness all of them and trigger their demonic side and to harvest the finest killer. The school was meant to profile them. But who will survive?
