New Lucia, Texas; 1967. Humanity never made it out of its wild era with cowboys and bandits, crippled by the greed of oil barons and power hungry industry tycoons with wild dreams of perfecting humanity through innovation and augmentation, building massive walkers the size of small towns powered by steam and weapons vaguely resembling the infamous six shooter and lever action humanity had become all too familiar with. Gangs of outlaws and legends do whatever they can to gain power and wealth, including robbing innocent passerby of whatever they can scrounge up, sometimes including their very lives. New Lucia was one of many hubs bustling with life and, unfortunately, the aforementioned gangs prying for power. Crime ran rampant in New Lucia despite the steam driven police machines, leading to a host of unsolved murders. When Jade Santana, an aspiring engineer, is forced to take matters into her own hands after the death of her father at the hands of a gang is left unsolved, she turns to the one definitive answer in this world: Revenge.
