Ever since the death of his younger brother. Things have gone downhill in the surface world for Sans. Alphys died a few months after Papyrus to a disease, Mettaton and Undyne, especially Undyne, had fallen into a depression. Flowey dissapeared into mt. Ebott, not to be found and Sans is fighting depression and insanity.
One day, Sans discovers a suspect to his brother's death. A being that is trapping anyone who had either fallen into Mt. Ebott or stayed behind in snowdin for a while. Sans, along with Frisk and Undyne, go into the underground themselves to confront this being. They must encounter the Bloodfall that traps and kills anyone who dares pass by waterfall.
(This takes place after a true pacifist run if one killed Sans in a Genocide run, but reset their game before getting to Asgore(I did this in a way to quit the Genocide route). This is if Frisk choses to do this the Pacifist way. I might make a Genocide one in Story Shorts. Also, My Sans is a human, but feel free to interprate him as a Skeleton if you ever choose to use this AU. Just credit me!)

Fonttale
Fonttale is an AU where skeletons have a special power related to their font name. A Normal Font Comic Sans for example, can force people to laugh. However, Papyrus is a Horror Font and they're much different from Normal Fonts. This is where and why the story begins. Papyrus is a sadistic murder whose main goal is to protect his one HP brother Sans. By day he pretends to be an obnoxious idiotic skeleton obsessed with puzzles and spaghetti, but at night he teams up with Flowey and patrols the area for humans in order to collect souls to break the barrier. When he isn't doing that he visits the MTT Resort where his brother does his comedic acts and kills monsters he finds in the alley in order to keep Sans safe. Unfortunately as time passes and more and more monsters disappear, the "Resort Killer" becomes everyone's favorite topic...including Undyne's. When Papyrus decides one day to take a chance, something goes wrong and Sans discovers more than he ever wanted to about Papyrus, the Underground, and even himself. The line between right and wrong becomes a blur, and his relationship with his brother is tested as he tries to help him overcome his apparent madness. But is it really Papyrus that needs help?Complete

You climbed the famous Mt. Ebott to prove to a group of your friends that humans don't disappear when they go up the mountain. While walking around the peak, you trip over a root in the ground and fall forward, expecting to hit the ground. Instead, you were met with open air. As you fell down the large hole, you let out a shrill scream before hitting the ground and blacking out. When you wake up, you find yourself in the Underground where monsters had been banished to by the humans. You meet several monsters down in the Underground, some becoming friends and some becoming enemies. One particular monster though, has been making your heart flutter and your tongue get tied. Sans the skeleton. A new threat appears when a human that had been thought to be dead comes back and threatens you and the entire Underground. Will you be able to stop them or will you be used as a puppet and watch your friends die? Maybe the only thing that can defeat LOVE is love... A long time ago. I fell. no I mean it , I literally fell down a hole into an abyss. I woke up in the underground and had an adventure there but I didnt kill anyone I didnt have To. That was 12 years ago. Here I am a grown adult , and all I can think about it going back to that marvelous place , where I have friends. i dated a skeleton , which was.. interesting i had a weird professor have a crush on me and watch my every move i was hunted down and nearly captured for my soul by some fish lady but my determination shone through. When I left and returned home ... I regretted leaving. so now I came back. This is a Papyrus x OC but could be an X reader if you try hard enough. Pacifist ish route however Asgore did not survive.
