As I glance over to the empty seat, I imagine him taking pictures in his back yard, finding new angles for the same object, Scrolling through thousands of pictures to find the best one. I picture him standing on his bed, trying to hang up a drawing-too busy making himself worth something to bother with school.
It wasn't unlike him to miss class but today something was weird.

✨✨✨✨ I was looking at the guy and he was still asleep. I leaned towards and slowly pushed away a few strands of his hair from his forehead and gently tapped on his arm. After a few taps, his eyes fluttered and opened but squinted his eyes to adjust to the brightness of the room. ✨✨✨✨✨✨ This is a story that takes place in a college. It's about two strangers who met for the first time in a weird way but end up being friends. This is a journey of six young people getting ready to be released into the real world. They go through a lot of ups and downs. Deal with their own issues and help their friends deal with theirs. They realize that nobody is what they look on the outside and definitely not perfect. They are gonna be some cliches, some plot twists and humor. Some cute lovey-dovey stuff and occasional mature content.Also will have stuff related to mental health and LGBTQ. So if this stuff bothers you, you might as well not start reading it. So this is sort of a trigger warning for those who are uncomfortable with any of the said content. "Shift." His voice hit me like a serrated blade as he stepped out of the crude semicircle of hardened wolves that had formed around me. Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun."
