In our future the world has fallen to ruins. All hope seems lost until a group called They takes over the government. They decide to test everyone based on their intelligence out of 10. Those who resulted an 8 or higher were known as the intelligence. They saw them as threats to their rule and sent them to be executed. The Intelligence managed to escape. Living in peace for years. Until Vivian, one of the intelligence, is faced with a huge secret. Lies will be told, mysteries will arise. Will Vivian be able to solve them? A mysterious boy will change it all. Can she save them? Or will the intelligence be lost forever?

And it would help to keep everyone in line and stomp out any pesky notions before they manifested into something bigger, something dangerous. Shirley is known in the Facility as Ten, alongside six others, they have spent years enduring confinement and rigorous testing in order to secure a future as head of the Law. When a group calls themselves the codas breaks into the Facility and kidnaps Ten and the others, she's forced to re-examine her future plans. In the year 2050, post-apocalyptic world, a lone girl must choose between becoming the next-in-line to head a corrupt government or siding with those who wish to see the world a better place. Order and lies, or truth and freedom? Whatever she chooses, one thing is clear: both sides bleed. Shirley should decide if the future she'd been promised since childhood is worth the lies it's built upon.
