"Really?" I said then laughed "adopted, pale skin, chose to live in a rainy town, absolutely gorgeous, and misses school when it's sunny? It's 'Twilight' all over again! We're not going to like fall in love, right? Also you're not a vampire, right?"

William looked at me strangely "Well..." he started.

"Oh my god! That was a joke! You're not really a vampire! And we are not falling in love!" I said.

"The falling in love, that's not gonna happen, but the vampire thing..."

I just stared at him.

After a few seconds he burst out laughing.

"F*ck you" I whispered under my breath. I'm sure he heard it but he ignored me.

"I... can't... believe... you thought... I was... telling the... truth!" He said between bursts of laughter, "I was kidding!"

I shoved him playfully. "Or was I...?" He said wiggling his eyebrows.

"Oh, shut up" I said "and why exactly would you not fall in love with me?!"
