A child, born on a planet with two moons, on an island with a powerful curse.

The planet Nadyre is beautiful. It has five islands: Jelimun, Dramitt, Ransumi, Artimac and Senapri.

Jelimun's a lush, green meadow, dotted with thick forests.
Dramitt's like a desert: dry and sandy.
Ransumi's wet, covered in lakes and rivers.
Artimac's cold and snow covered.
Senapri's full of thick, humid jungle.

Those who live on the islands are given a pendant at birth, marking what race they are, giving them the powers of that race. Water Nadic have gills and power to control water. Plant Nadic have control over plant growth. Fire Nadic control fire and can resist heat. Ice Nadic have power over cold and can resist bitter temperatures.

When two scientists decide to investigate the curse of the island Senapri and have a child, they didn't expect the curse to work. But, it's not exactly a curse. It gives the child power, more than it should have.

And this child is better dead.
