Lacy and Matty had been best friends ever since they were little kids. They had always done everything together. But until one day Lacy's dad got a promotion and they had to move to a different country. England to be exact. Lacy and Matty stopped talking after a few months later. The years went by and they didn't talk. But 3 years later Lacy moves back by herself to live with her aunt and for her senior year. Matty had changed from who he was. They are now two completely different people. He's now a badass, player, and a complete jerk while she is still a beautiful, smart, good girl. But when they meet again he acts as if they are strangers and completely ignores her. Lacy tries to get back in touch with him but whenever they talk he just fights with her. So when Lacy learns why he acts like that towards her, she starts feeling different about him. Not in a bad way but she's not sure if it's a good thing either. So when an accident occurs with Lacy, Matty realizes something. When Lacy is out of the hospital she begins to avoid him and he begins to reflect on all the things that have happened. He asks for her forgiveness but will Lacy forgive him or will she move back with her parents and just give up and leave?
