By 1943, World War II has engulfed the world and America finds itself fighting a two front war against both Europe and the Pacific. The Army smashes against the concrete walls of Fortress Europe in the west while on the other side of the globe, the men of the Marine Corps find themselves embedded in the brutal Pacific Theater. In St. Paul, Minnesota, Max Wilson enlists in the Marines in pursuit of duty and honor. He leaves behind his family, his life, and mainly, his recent fiancée. Quickly thrust into a world hellbent on destroying itself, Max must learn to bond with his comrades, throw away his morality, and survive in some of the most brutal environments on the planet. The enemy will not surrender. The only way to win is total war. And even that may not be enough to make it out alive.
