The Villain Society - the Midnight Train

Above the city streets there is a train that zips through the night like an electric shadow. The lighting system inside the train has long since been disabled, and over time the filth has built up, so that the ordinary citizens rarely ride it in the daylight hours, and never at night. When the sun sinks below the horizon, the train becomes the play area of a different type of person.

The Midnight Train is the epicenter of crime in the city. All sorts of underhanded activity can be found circling on that light-rail track, above the city streets. Most of the poeple who ride the train after dark are the worst kind of people. But some of them aren't people at all.

The Villain Society has chosen the Midnight Train as their base of operations, and when the league of superheroes steps up and tries to take the train away from them and give it back to the city.... Well, The society won't stand for such a thing. The city is about to learn that not all powers play on the side of the just.
