BOOK 1: After the help from her family, Liz decides to audition for The X Factor USA. Singing has been her passion and this was her chance to discover the world of singing. Though after getting past the auditions, she discovers the world of being put together in a group of strangers. Both Caitlin and Julie are complete opposite of each other, so when Liz get's thrown into the mix it's an even bigger mess. Trying to overcome their small quarrels is hard enough to do without the pressing of being in a singing competition. The three girls are so different, and yet, their fates are intertwined the day Simon puts the three together. Though his judgment has worked well in the past, will it work for three girls with little in common? On the other side of the world, a well known boy band was having their own problems. With one fifths of the band going through an emotional time, how could they possibly be the once great One Direction, and how could they become the band they were destined to be? With Niall Horan's mental health needing to be put first, the four other boys don't know just how to react. But when he somehow stumbles upon a tweet about Liz and her band mates, his entire world changes. Not only his, but Harry Styles' as well. During the year of 2012, he's known for being the flirt and the ladies man. Can he capture the heart of another flirtatious girl, otherwise known as Julie. And when Louis Tomlinson develops feelings for Caitlin, what will that result be?
