Ritsuki has always had a passion for violence, murder, and gore. Killing his mother at eight, The government didn't do anything to him keeping him finding him useful. Having a person he won't actually kill watch over him, he goes to school like a normal teen. But being the town's psychopath he only has one friend not knowing anything else about friendship. So what happens when the bipolar bully meets the killer psychopath?
