"Technology is rapidly advancing & you must stay current with the latest trends to outshine your competition" says Alite Rozeta. Reading technology books is one of her favorite hobbies and she makes sure to take out time for it regardless of how busy she is. According to her, Technology pervades almost every facet of our life, right from our office, entertainment, to household chores. It has brought about a revolution which is likely to grow for as long as human beings continue to advance in their capabilities. 

Alite Rozeta understands that it isn't possible to know everything, but it's definitely possible to stay up-to-date in a particular niche that has always fascinated you. As far as her personal interest is concerned, she likes to know about the latest developments in the field of software development and web designing. These are some of the technology subjects that have always captivated her interest. Reading about them not only keeps her up-to-date, but also helps her in performing her office work more efficiently. 

Alite Rozeta's favorite book is Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson. It was a gift from a dear friend of hers that changed her life forever. "Reading this 571-page tome was an out of the world experience", she says. She recommends this book to everyone who is related to the business of technology in some or the other way. Some of the other books Rozeta enjoyed reading are - The Soul of New Machine By Tracy Kidder, The Innovator's Dilemma by Clayton Christensen, The Singularity is Near - by Ray Kurzweil, and Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson.
