Hello, my name is Rachel Roth. Though most know me as Raven, which I prefer. High school is enough trouble as it is. But when you're training to become a Hero, what can't go wrong? Obviously a lot of things. Just as I begin to remember bits and pieces of my memories, things get even more complicated.
(A/N) : There will be no Prophecy. But I will tell you that Trigon the Terrible will eventually make an appearance. I am aware of the characters past, but I will be changing them up a bit
(or maybe a lot, who knows?) The pairings will be Rob/Rae. Along with Xander/Raven

Shortlisted for the Open Novella Contest 2019 • Being a Supervillain is tough. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero? And all you have to do is protect yourself and everyone you love from your ex best friend/sidekick --because let's face it that's the highest level of praise for a wretched traitor here--and you also have to get out of Super Holding somehow? I should be dead. At least, that's what the government officials told me in the super-secret lab where I woke up strapped to a mattress in a windowless room...Sound problematic to anyone else? Like I told the psychos experimenting on me, I've got zero clue how I got my new powers, but I'm sure-as-shit not going to let them turn me into a deadly weapon (or squeeze me into a spangly jumpsuit). Problem is, I'm not so great at controlling whatever the hell it is I've become...Not to mention I'm on the run from my country for a teensy-weensy act of treason while being chased by a shadowy masked mute who may or may not have superhuman abilities too (but is definitely stupid hot under his off-putting disguise). Scarlet has had a terrible past. Her family treats her as if she doesn't exist . Doesn't help her when she is beaten by her power craving father. He beats her thinking that she is the most useless child he could ever have. However, what he doesn't realize is that she is so much more than meets the eye. Scarlet becomes stronger with her uncles help. She is able to get through life as if nothing happens. However, the help from her uncle is only just the beginning as danger starts to happen again. College is where she felt normal however on one evening when class finished and she had no more classes. She was great by two factors that will changer life. The question is will Scarlet be able to get through this change in life? What danger awaits? Will she be able to juggle her romance that comes along the danger. Will the people who love her be able to help protect and fight for her.
