Charlotte 'Charlie' Darling is a typical rich Silver City heiress. She lives alone in a penthouse apartment, attends an elite high school and drives her own VW. The only thing is: she lives in a city of superheroes. Yes, superheroes - complete with the tights, the mascara and worst of all, the cheesy capes.
But along with the superheroes always comes the baddies - the super evil, super villainous masterminds behind every bank robbery and every heist that happens in the futuristic and shiny Silver City. So when Charlie gets all caught up with one particularly intriguing supposed baddie, things go awry. Suddenly, superheroes are popping up everywhere, the government begins not to look as squeaky clean as it sounds and Charlie begins to question her own background before attaining the lifestyle of rich Silver City heiress. Worse still, her heart does those funny little flips whenever the bad guy's around!
What's a girl to do but sit back in that convertible and let the wind roll through her hair?
