A small island in the middle of the equator has been passed by over thousands of years. Never discover. But in the year of 1963 a plane crashed on the island leaving 10 people to fend for them selfs. With barley anything they began to creat a new nation under the American law without Americas approval. After 50 years of repopulating and inventing, they have come to a remarkable point. Electricity, running water, schools, jobs, and even a president. But this president is a girl. And she has the idea of a"Perfect Union" everyone thinks is a great idea, but there are something's they will have to do. Would you give baby's tattoos ? Well they think EVERYBODY needs one. A bar code on your left wrist. When you want gas, you have to get your bar code scanned. It would be a great way to know who can do things and who can't, like underage drinking. But what happens if you are allergic to tattoo ink ? Rayne Myers is, but her oblivious mother doesn't care, she thinks this is a great idea and won't let anyone know. After a series of 4 shots the tattoo is given. Rayne could be allergic to something in the shots too. Rayne decides to do the only thing she knows how to, rebel. With the help of a "bad influence" Rayne may be able to avoid the tattoo and possibly get this whole "Perfect Union" idea out of the picture.
