The Tracker.

I am one amongst billions who will get the Tracker inserted into my system.
After the procedure, I will be under governments control.
They be able to access my information, my age, my family, my weight, and if they really want to-even my thoughts.
All I want is to just blend in, never in a million years would I want to get noticed.
For if I do, I could get fined. And getting fined ends with public humiliation.
So for now...I am just one amongst billions.

Emery has been preparing her whole life to get the Tracker. But when the day finally comes a stranger hands her a note that will change everything.
