"It's time to let go."
The words make her arms shake, her heart quiver, and her stomach drop.
"I-I can't" She whispered hoarsely.
The faintest sign of a smile crossed his lips. "It doesn't matter. You'll do it anyway."
His hands slid up her back, gliding to her shoulders then traveling down her arms. Every pore, every hair, shivered. Barely putting forth resistance she gasped out, "Don't!"
But the plea came a second to late. She felt the lips upon her own, the fingers painfully gripping her hips, and the hard chest pressing against her. Her body and soul cried out, begged to be released from the bond which was about to capture them for eternity. Yet, she couldn't stop it. The heat was growing, sharply burning her insides. She felt his hand, like fire, travel across her skin.
"No!" Her whimper scarcely reached her throat. Time sped up, the seconds ticking faster and faster. She felt her mind vibrate with anticipation. Now, now, now, it whispered. Sweat pricked her skin and his lips moved feverishly with hers.
His right hand raised to her left shoulder and roughly slipped under her sleeve. Dimly, she wondered why he was choosing to mark her there. Then she comprehended the scorching, the agonizing, sweltering heat, piercing her skin.
She cried out, but then it was over. Her breath arrived in shallow gasps and she groaned with both physical and mental pain.
Her identity was gone...she was lost...she now belonged to him...
