Zahr Rhathone is a Demon from the Demon Realm. For as long as he can remember, he's always done anything his Master has demanded of him. Now, his Master ordered him to volunteer for the Games. As always, Zahr does what he is told, even if it means he will have to fight to the death. 

Ayil Temperance is an angel who lives with her parents in the Angel Realm. Following the beliefs of her deceased parents, she always helps anyone that needs it. When her Realm is attacked and she is taken captive, she has no idea the horror that awaits her. 

Zahr and Ayil's paths will cross more than once, and their fates, it seems, are intertwined. They will find themselves by finding each other. And once they do, they never want to lose each other. But they're in a Games, forced to fight to the death. Can they survive?

Or will the Games kill them?
