A poem Maddie and I wrote as an assignment. It's about a woman that has a dream/memory about her childhood and she named her daughter after the memory. It's our baby. It doesn't rhyme though but it's still our baby.

Prologue: The Prophecy In ancient times, it was said that a great power would arise, a power that would bring magic back to the forefront of the worlds. It was said that this power would be born of lightning and fire and that it would be wielded by a mage of great strength and courage. The world would face great upheaval and danger, but magic would be the key to survival. There will come those who will unite the kingdoms and empires, and they will bring an end to the darkness that has long shadowed the land. It was said that these mages would be the saviour of the worlds and that they would bring hope and light to all. But for many years, the prophecy remained unfulfilled. Magic seemed to be ending, few remained that could wield it. The darkness seemed to grow. The people slowly forgot and those that remembered lost hope, the kingdoms and empires fell and changed and with it brought chaos. But then, one day, a young girl was born in a small village far from the capital. She was born under the sign of lightning, and she had the power of magic within her. And so, the prophecy began. The first of them had arisen, and the journey to bring magic back had begun.

What can undo a witch's curse? True love, no. Once upon a time_199 years ago, approximately though, an adorable baby was born, cursed, growing up with a friend she found dear. They played together. He taught her how to ride a horse, she helped him read so many books. A week to her nineteenth birthday, she fell sick, so terribly ill her parents feared for her life while people wondered if she would ever recover, the curse was about to work. The curse was going to work unless...she took the life of her one true friend. To survive she did so. And she lived happily ever after. The End, but it was just his beginning. His name is William Carter, a young magician, an animal lover, a beautiful soul, the knight who never was, who doesn't know the boy who worked in the palace's stable? Princess Arabella of Sunhaven, the queen-to-be, the apple of thine people's eye, the bea-holder. Life has its ups and downs, and getting to live above nineteen was her only obstacle. What can cure a witch's curse? A true sacrifice, yes. And after two centuries of sleep, awoken by 'her' blood, he arose. And she is Victoria Shadowborne, the novice witch of New Derby, a descendant of the wicked witch of dark arts. And together, the two lived a fantastic life. Rose has a secret and no one knows what it it, but no one really cares, but her secret follows her around, literally. Rose lives in a world where there are only kids (Well under 20) and right before there 20th birthday they get taken away, no one knows what happens to them but the all suspect that there dead. Rose is 19, meaning she doesn't have long before it her turn. Everyone gets their blood drawn daily, but no one knows why. The only a adults are the Helpers (the doctors) as Rose likes to call them and Them but Rose doesn't ever know if they're human. When she gets assigned to a doctor she starts asking questions; questions that will hurt the people she cares about.Complete

What if Voldemort got it all wrong? Harry potter was not the chosen one after all. It also wasn't Neville. What if the prophecy got a line wrong. What instead of, ' born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies...' but, 'born to those who have thrice defied him, born at the birth of the sixth month.' Surprisingly at 12:01 am on June first a baby girl was born. Though for safety in the war she was passed around quite a bit, well that was until they sent her to live with some really 'nice' muggles. She gets kidnapped from the Foxling tribe at the age of three. She eventually gets memories wiped out. Living a normal life. Till Chaos begins showing her true form. But She doesn't know herself as the Prophecy. Later on in life The prophecy starts to break out and she stumble upon her story and in the end has a choice to help stop this long breaking war.Complete
