Tired of pretending (kiribaku)
Katsuki Bakugo is tired, tired of feelings so fucking pathetic. He's a shitty person, with an even shittier life. It's what he deserves, isn't it? Funny how fate has a way of balancing the scale. He'll never be a pro-hero, not when he's barely surviving each day he has to put up with his mother. But he's not asking for pity, Katsuki Bakugo can take care of himself. And no one needs to know anything, they need to keep their damn mouths shut, or else they'll see the wall he's built up is slowly tumbling down. This is Kiribaku btw is the title didn't give it away. !!!Disclaimer: this is a four year old work and written in first person. It's not my best to say the least but I'm leaving it because it was an important part of my writing journey (although I'm not putting "angsty Bakugo fanfic" on any portfolio ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ) I rewrote the summary because I hated it but mostly everything else is remaining unchanged because I'm too lazy to edit a 70k story. Be warned this is in first person and this fic does cover some serious topics (how well it does that it up to you). Eijirou Kirishima struggles with an abusive dad and horrible depression and would get bullied just about everyday at his old school, but it all slowly starts to get better when he gets accepted into UA high and meets one spikey ash blond hair boy, "Katsuki Bakugou" they share a dorm and chemistry starts to form making things get a little awkward at first.... it really shows that just one kiss can change everything! Bakugou then has to warm up and get use to all of this new affection that he is getting and learn to accept himself for who he is. Deadly Dreams (KiriBaku Story)
⚠️Warnings⚠️ *Angst *Swearing *Death *Depression *Cutting If you are sensitive to any of this, you have been warned. Kirishima starts to all of a sudden have nightmares about his best friend, Bakugou. There is nothing he can do, he starts to fall into deep depression, talking to Midoriya only helps a little. He even begins avoiding Bakugou over all. He doesn't know how much he can handle before he breaks. Bakugou slightly brushes it off at first but starts to get really concerned about his good friend, Kirishima. He has been trying to talk but most of the time is responded with silence. He knows that Kirishima starts to talk to Midoriya a lot more and him less. He starts to get jealous? Kirishima begins to close himself off from everyone, he doesn't even want to talk to Midoriya or Bakugou. He still goes to school, but completely ignored when someone tries to talk to him. He starts wearing his hair down, and it starts to fade to its natural color. One day the villains attack, Kirishima wants to keep everyone safe, he wants to make sure he is the only that ever gets harmed during this. He doesn't want anyone to get hurt, he has been extremely cautious. Bakugou ignores Kirishima's warnings and goes after them anyways. 'I can't let it happen! I can't-' "KIRISHIMA!"
