Reagan Raymond, sister of the late Ronnie Raymond, has finally returned from Afghanistan. But when she comes back to the usually bright Central City, it seems that everything has changed in the short 5 years that she has been gone.
Barry Allen was just your normal everyday forensic scientist at the CCPD. But one day, when the Particle Accelerator under S.T.A.R. Labs explodes, he gets struck by lightning, only to wake up in nine months with superspeed.
