Rarity transfers to Canterlot HS, and meets Applejack, the odd mute girl who doesn't speak. She doesn't express or open up. She uses her voice to only speak to her best friends. For everyone else, she uses her notebook to communicate.
Rarity wanted to know more about Applejack and her life, and why Applejack doesn't use her voice to speak. She wants to be her friend, and be the person who Applejack can trust or express her feelings to. She doesn't want her to keep all of it inside. Rarity doesn't know why but it feels like the right thing to do.
Will Rarity make her open up? Will she change her? Can she help Applejack to be happy? Will Rarity be able to tear down Applejack's shell? ...Or will she fail?
This story is a humanized version with magic in it.
