Kate Waldon likes life neat and tidy, believing that even the biggest mess can be picked up with enough sweeping and polishing. Her life's just been trashed by an enormous storm though, one that she's not sure she can fix herself. Separated from her mother for the first time in her life and dropped off at The American School of Institution in London, England, she's parted from everything she's ever taken for comfort. Help comes in the form of her enthusiastic roommate with a boy-band plastered wall and who is notorious for leaving everything everywhere, a boy who has a never-ending pit for food and can belch the ABC's (in German), a bookworm who won't give Kate the time of day, and the most heart-stopping English boy she's ever met. With this rag-tag group of friends, Kate may just realize that she can't keep running and cleaning up life's messes. Placed in historical and trendy London, adventures are endless as Kate finally lets down her guard and allows her heart to fall for more than one of England's prized masterpieces.

[COMPLETED] Autumn Cross is now in 12th grade at her new school, Willington High, with only one goal in mind: passing the 12th grade and going to a good college. But her world changes when she meets Ryder Becker. Ryder Becker is one of the most popular boys in all of Willington High. I mean, all the boys want to be him and all the girls worship him. He could care less about grades because he knows that football is what's going to get him into a good college. But his carelessness in grades changes when he meets Autumn. Not only does Autumn get partnered up with Ryder for the biggest class project of the whole year, she also lives on the same street as him. In the beginning she thinks it's a total curse, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise... They both may pretend on the outside that they are fine, but truth be told, they are both broken. The way his smile doesn't match his sad eyes draws her towards him, and the scars and bruises on her skin draw him towards her. A cure for your sadness could be another person, right? Well put her broken pieces together with his, and you have cracked the code. Love could put their broken pieces back together. ----------------------------------- A sky full of stars and he was still staring at me. "Why are you staring like that?" I asked him. "You scare me, Autumn." Ryder admitted. "How come?" He looked down at the grass beneath us then back at me and gulped. "Because I want to tell you secrets I'm too scared to admit to myself." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🤍I wrote this when I was around 13-14 (i'm 19 now) so some chapters may be cringy but I am too lazy to rewrite them, and still so many people enjoy this book and i'm truly grateful! But sorry in advance for scenes that may seem unrealistically cringe...I was young and naive. Hello Me

Moving to England was never going to be Ellie's choice. The land of bad food, pointless Royalty and weird sports (do people actually watch cricket?) was cruelly forced upon her by unthinking, divorcing parents, and Ellie was determined not to like it. But life in grey England is about to get more colourful. Having to contend with a newly-single mother, a gay grandfather and the hottest boy in town, Ellie's life is set whirling in a whole new direction of self discovery, the likes of which she would never have known in her sleepy American hometown. Ellie's life has truly been turned upside down, with more downs than ups, and she's struggling to adjust, even with the attention of the gorgeous Lewis who seems to have set his sights on her. Within a week she's angered the resident school bully, fallen totally head-over-heels, and picked up a few bad habits along the way...But someone or something is working for Ellie behind the scenes, and with a little magic she gets far more than she bargained for. As Ellie's relationship with Lewis turns sour she learns in the most surprising way that being true to herself is really all that matters.
