Kamora Jefferson always wanted to have adventures like her parents did. She had plans to go out and see the world. She was ready to leave her small town of Stonewall, North Carolina and have stories to tell her kids. 

Everything changes when tragedy strikes and all her dreams went out the window.

In a strange twist of luck Kamora gets the chance to have the adventure she always wanted. A trip to California. She just needed to find a way to finance it.

Santiago Armero lived for adventures. He was son of Anthonio Armero who set out on a new adventure almost every weekend something he only wished he could do.

On his way to California he has to make an unplanned stop in the tiny town of Stonewall. Much to his surprise he meets with the daughter of his dad's legendary best friends and she just happens to need a favor he can't help but say yes to.

A favor, a blown tire, a stolen car, and a lot of adventures is just what Kamora and Santiago needed to have the road trip of the summer
