Summer Noel has lived seventeen years without knowing her dad. Whenever she asked about him her mom always said he was nothing but a crackhead who on,y cared about himself. Summer believed he didn't care about her but when she found him on Instagram she felt something and knew it was her dad. They both had a DNA test which came positive. Now she's moving from Florida to California to live with her dad. Her new name is no longer Summer Noel, it's Summer Cole which is her fathers last name.
